Supplier invoices, read and checked. Approved by you.

Upload invoices and receipts as PDFs or photos. FluxionIQ reads the supplier, dates, totals, VAT and line items, shows how sure it is about each field, checks that the numbers add up, and flags what needs a person. Nothing is exported until someone on your team approves it.

How it works

1. Upload

Drop in PDF, JPEG, PNG or WebP files, up to 10 MB each. Duplicates are recognised.

2. Read and checked

An AI model reads each document and records only what is printed on it, with a confidence for every field. FluxionIQ then checks the arithmetic itself: net plus VAT equals gross, VAT matches its rate, line items add up, dates are real, IBAN checksums and VAT ID formats are valid.

3. Review

Anything uncertain or inconsistent goes to a review queue with the reasons listed. You see the original next to what was read, correct any field, and the checks run again.

4. Approve

Only approved documents can be exported or matched. Approving a flagged document requires confirming that you checked its issues.

5. Match payments

Import a bank statement CSV. Approved invoices are matched to payments by amount, reference, IBAN and supplier name. Uncertain matches wait for you.

6. Export

Download approved documents as CSV, or as files laid out for the Xero and QuickBooks Online bill imports, using your own account and tax codes.

An audit log you can check

Every upload, reading, correction, approval, rejection, match decision and export is recorded. Each entry is linked to the one before it and sealed with a key held only by the service, and the whole log is re-verified every time you open it. If an entry were edited, inserted or removed in the database, the log page would say so and show where.

FluxionIQ does not currently offer hosting in the Gulf region. Data residency in GCC countries is not available until a server there exists.

What it does not do (yet)

  • It does not post to accounting systems directly; you import the export file yourself.
  • It does not verify VAT numbers against the EU VIES register; it checks their format only.
  • It does not read e-invoice formats (XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, Peppol) as structured data.
  • We do not publish an accuracy figure until it has been measured and can be shown with its method.
